We are seekingdedicated and skilled Kitchen Staff to join our team and contribute toour commitment to culinary excellence.

We are looking for enthusiasticand reliable Kitchen Staff to assist in the preparation and presentation ofhigh-quality dishes in our hotel’s kitchen. The ideal candidate will bepassionate about food, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work efficientlyin a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Food Preparation : Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to the hotel’s recipes and standards. This includes chopping, slicing, cooking, and plating dishes.
  • Station Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations. Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
  • Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients. Report any shortages or equipment issues to the kitchen supervisor.
  • Compliance : Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Team Collaboration : Work effectively with other kitchen staff, including chefs and line cooks, to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Guest Requests : Handle special dietary requests and customize dishes as needed to accommodate guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
