Overview Of The Role:
As a Kitchen Production Manager at IKEA, you will lead and manage the kitchen production team to deliver irresistible food offers in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring guests have a memorable experience that encourages them to return. You will collaborate with the IKEA Food management team to support the overarching store goals, contribute to the business development by implementing strategic plans, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Focus: Ensure guests are always in focus and strive to make them smile.

Commercial Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and implementation of an IKEA Food action plan, secure quality and availability of products, prepare food in line with product sheets, train co-workers, promote top-selling products and utilize commercial opportunities to grow sales and profit.

- Maintain efficient internal communication to ensure key information is understood by all team members.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure operations align with IKEA Quality and Food Safety requirements.
- Implement and follow up on safety processes like HACCP effectively.
- Promote actions contributing to sustainability such as waste management.
- Strive for accurate sales forecasts to enable proper supply management.
- Ensure efficient staff planning to meet business and guest needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive operational area.
