We are looking for a Kitchen Manager for Dubai Location. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for all kitchen functions and operations including food purchasing, preparation, maintenance of quality standards, sanitation, and cleanliness.
  • Responsible for training employees in cooking methods, preparation, presentation, plate presentation, portion control, cost control, sanitation, and cleanliness. Provide a positive and enthusiastic environment.
  • In charge of hiring new staff and ensuring that company standards are upheld, maintaining consistency from the first to the last order out of the kitchen.
  • Monitor food costs, waste, and employee hours to optimize profit and enhance the dining experience.
  • Complete all kitchen reports, including weekly inventory, ordering, par levels, and updates versus daily sales. Prepare monthly profit and loss reports and maintain daily staff time records for payroll.
