• Minimum 4 years experience in facility management with 1 year in a luxury 5-star hotel.
• 3 years hands-on experience as a technician.

What you'll do

You’ll take pride in maintaining and repairing kitchen and laundry equipment to ensure operational reliability. This includes providing technical support for all F&B related equipment, ensuring compliance with standards and codes, and maintaining equipment to deliver the best guest experience.

• Assist in managing the physical plant, including equipment and FF&E items, and support engineering tasks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly engineering area, coordinate with staff, and report safety hazards.
• Uphold our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity in your daily work.
• Follow departmental SOP & LSOP and ensure policies and safety standards are met.

What you'll bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with technical certification in electronics, electrical, mechanical, or HVAC-R.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in facility management, including 1 year in a luxury 5-star hotel, with 3 years hands-on experience as a technician.
• Skills in equipment maintenance, reading technical drawings, and knowledge of building systems.
• Strong communication skills and customer service ethic.
• Fluent in English.
