Key Responsibilities of the Kitchen & Laundry Technician:

• Supports the smooth operation of the property maintenance department, maintaining all areas to the highest standards.
• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to guest inquiries.
• Takes responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring work is completed promptly and professionally.
• Contributes to departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborates with immediate supervisors to control costs and inventory, and to attain productivity and performance goals.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships while promoting the company's culture and values.
• Ensures adherence to all legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for internal and external audits, with follow-up as needed.

Requirements of the Kitchen & Laundry Technician:
