Kitchen Equipment Technician

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Kitchen Technician is responsible for assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the Engineering Department, supporting all other operating departments.

Qualifications: Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management is desirable.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Kitchen Technician/Tradesman in a hotel or 4 years in a similar large building or complex with a central plant.
