Job description

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot kitchen equipment such as chillers, refrigerators, mixers, appliances, ovens, and icemakers.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of kitchen equipment.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and identify solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
  
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex repairs or installations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed on each piece of equipment.
