Job summary

REAPHR is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist chefs with basic food preparation, clean stations, wash dishes, and help maintain a sanitary kitchen environment in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions. We offer visa assistance, accommodation, and food insurance for selected candidates in the United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Ability to follow instructions from chefs and supervisors.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients).
• Washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Cleaning kitchen workstations, floors, storage areas, and food preparation surfaces.
• Receiving, checking, and storing food supplies and ingredients properly.
• Organizing kitchen inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Removing trash and recycling while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Operating and cleaning kitchen equipment safely.
• Helping chefs during meal preparation and service when required.
• Ensuring ingredients and tools are readily available for the cooking team.
• Monitoring stock levels and informing supervisors when supplies are running low.
• Supporting opening and closing kitchen procedures.
