Job summary

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is seeking a Kitchen Technician in Engineering to deliver excellent service and support across all hotel departments. You will assist the Engineering team in maintaining kitchen facilities and central plant equipment to ensure smooth, safe operations.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience or technical training, a practical problem-solving approach, and a commitment to safety and quality in a premium hotel environment in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in a hotel or in a similar large building/complex with central plant; or Minimum 2 years college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
• Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.
