Position : Kindergarten Teacher / Early Childhood Teacher (ADEK Approved with IELTS 6.0)
Location : Al Ain
Salary : TBD + Benefits (as per UAE Labor Law)
We are hiring only a Filipino , passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher for a well-established school in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young learners, fostering both academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Lesson Planning : Develop and implement age-appropriate and engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood learning objectives.
Foundational Teaching : Instruct children in basic skills including literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.
Interactive Learning : Use diverse teaching methods such as storytelling, music, art, games, and outdoor activities.
Progress Assessment : Monitor and evaluate each child's development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Parental Engagement : Maintain regular communication with parents about student progress and behavior.
Classroom Management : Foster a positive, safe, and respectful classroom environment.
Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues and administration to support the school’s mission.
Compliance : Follow ADEK regulations and ensure classroom safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Requirements :
Experience : 1–3 years in a similar role (Kindergarten Teacher, Assistant, or Teacher Aide).
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; teaching license preferred.
Language : Proficiency in English and Arabic is a plus.
ADEK Approval : ADEK approval or appointment letter (preferred).
