Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai invites an Animator for Confidence Lab to deliver engaging workshops for children focused on public speaking, storytelling, drama, and creative writing. You will support daily PlayShop operations, guest engagement, and content creation in a safe, welcoming environment.

The role combines entertainer and educator duties, hosting events, managing attendance, filming sessions, and collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality learning experiences for families.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, entertainment, hospitality, or child-facing environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate creative workshops covering public speaking, storytelling, drama, and creative writing for children.
• Create engaging, safe learning experiences that encourage creativity and collaboration.
• Support daily PlayShop operations, schedules, and brand standards.
• Welcome guests, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain professional communication with families.
• Film, edit, and create short-form content for classes and events.
