You will guide children and families through hands-on activities, ensuring safety and high service standards in a busy studio environment.

The role emphasizes creativity, movement between activities, and collaboration with team members to maintain smooth studio operations and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in arts & crafts, entertainment, hospitality, retail, education, or guest-facing environments.
• Certificate, diploma, or certification in Fine Arts, Design, Arts & Crafts, Education, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging arts & crafts workshops including fluid art, drip art, tote bag painting, tie-dye, ink art, resin art, and sculpture customization.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring creative environment that promotes self-expression, creativity, and artistic exploration.
• Host and support birthday parties, workshops, events, and studio experiences.
• Prepare materials, manage supplies, and follow safety guidelines during sessions.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage guests throughout workshops.
