Job summary

Accor in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an Assistant Kids Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club and deliver safe, engaging experiences for young guests. You will lead a team, plan activities, and ensure high standards of safety, service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising the Kids Club team, organizing activities, maintaining safety protocols, and building strong guest relationships in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a Kids Club childcare recreation or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child safety procedures first aid and emergency response protocols is an advantage.
• Creative energetic and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kids Club and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the Kids Club team.
• Plan, organize, and supervise age-appropriate recreational, educational, and entertainment activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the Kids Club.
• Build strong relationships with guests and respond to inquiries, feedback and special requests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and activity materials to ensure they are well-maintained and readily available.
• Assist in creating innovative programs and seasonal activities that enhance the guest experience.
