Job summary

InterContinental Fujairah Resort is seeking a Kids Club Attendant to create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children, delivering engaging activities and personalized service in line with resort standards.

You will supervise children, follow registration and safety procedures, communicate with parents, and support resort programs. Previous hotel or childcare experience and a passion for helping families are highly valued. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or training in childcare, teaching, recreation, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Minimum basic English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families and provide personalized service.
• Supervise children and organize age-appropriate activities.
• Follow registration, sign-in/sign-out and supervision procedures.
• Ensure safety, wellbeing and comfort of children at all times.
• Communicate with parents and respond to needs with care and professionalism.
• Support Kids Club activities and resort programs where applicable.
• Process payments accurately where applicable.
• Follow resort SOPs, safety procedures and brand standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
