Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Attendant – Kids Club to join the resort’s Kids Club team on the Ras Al Khaimah coast. Welcome families, register children for activities, and provide information about programs and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years in childcare or hospitality, basic cash handling and POS experience, and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. A friendly, energetic attitude with flexible weekend hours is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; childcare or hospitality certification is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in childcare, recreation, or customer service (hospitality preferred).
• Basic cash handling and POS system experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome children and families to the Kids Club with a warm, professional attitude.
• Register children for activities and manage required documentation and consent forms.
• Provide information to parents about programs, schedules and safety protocols.
• Assist in supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate games and activities.
• Ensure safety and care for children during Kids Club time.
• Support themed events, seasonal programs, and birthday celebrations.
• Handle payments for services and merchandise; reconcile cash drawer and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, child-friendly environment and follow hygiene protocols.
