Job summary

IHG Hotels is seeking a Kids Club Attendant for an on-site role in Dubai. You will warmly welcome children and families, supervise age-appropriate activities, and maintain a safe play environment. You will communicate with parents about their child’s day and assist with activity setup and tidying.

As part of the team, you’ll ensure health and safety guidelines are followed, report issues promptly, and contribute to memorable guest experiences for young visitors and their families.

Responsibilities

• Greet children and their parents warmly upon arrival
• Ensure all children are signed in and out according to safety protocols
• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized play environment at all times
• Monitor children closely to prevent accidents and handle minor injuries promptly
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s day and updates
• Assist with setting up and tidying activity areas before and after use
• Follow hotel and Kids Club policies, including health and safety guidelines
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management immediately
• Collaborate with Kids Club team to plan and deliver engaging programs and events
• Maintain records of attendance and activity participation
• Provide excellent guest service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for children and parents
