Job summary

Accor in Dubai seeks a friendly Kids Club Attendant to ensure a safe, welcoming creche environment for children and their families. You will manage registrations, maintain toys and equipment, and support daily activities under the supervision of the Kids Club Manager and Entertainment Director.

Fresher or 1 year in a 4-5 star hotel is preferred. Accor offers benefits, learning programs, and opportunities to grow across properties worldwide.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
Fresher or 1 year experience in 4-5 star hotel.

Responsibilities

Liaise with Director of Entertainment / Kids Club Manager / Rixy Club Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club / creche.
Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child.
Create an inventory for all toys / equipment at the club / crèche.
Ensure all equipment's are clean and properly maintained.
Inform Kids Club Manager / Rixy Club Supervisor for any need of additional toys or replacement of toys.
Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Rixy Club Supervisor.
Ensure all club's rules and regulations are enforced at all times.
Maintain club / crèche clean and tidy at all times.
Be fully aware of club's facilities, timings, promotions and prices.
