Job summary

Rotana in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking dynamic Recreation professionals to join its kids club / crèche team. This on-site, full-time role focuses on creating a safe, engaging environment for young guests.

You will coordinate with the Recreation Manager to implement daily activities, maintain equipment, and ensure registration forms are complete.

A Diploma or vocational training in kindergarten or child care is required, along with fluent English and a patient, team‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is clean and properly maintained.
• Inform Supervisor for any need of additional toys or replacement of toys.
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Recreation Supervisor.
• Enforce club rules and maintain a tidy, safe environment.
