Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Recreation professionals who want to move their careers forward.

As a Kids Club Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring that all Kids Club responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  1. Liaising with the Assistant Recreation Manager / Recreation Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children attending the Kids Club / crèche.
  2. Ensuring all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child.
  3. Creating an inventory for all toys / equipment at the club / crèche.
  4. Ensuring all equipment is clean and properly maintained.
  5. Informing the Assistant Recreation Manager / Recreation Supervisor of any need for additional toys or replacement of toys.
  6. Following daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Recreation Supervisor.
  7. Ensuring all club rules and regulations are enforced at all times.
  8. Maintaining the club / crèche clean and tidy at all times.
  9. Being fully aware of the club's facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a diploma or vocational training in a kindergarten / children care related field with previous similar work experiences. A true passion for children and a creative, but caring mind are essential. Good command of English and good interpersonal abilities are additionally required.

Knowledge & Competencies

The ideal candidate will be pleasant, mature, and patient with good guest service skills and the ability to handle stress. You are a positive, smiley individual with an outgoing and approachable character, who works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and is a great team player, who enjoys working with a multi-cultural team and guests alike, while possessing the following additional competencies:
