About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Kids Club and Activities Attendant to join our Beach Operations at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring toys and equipment are clean and keeping the kids safe.
- Ensuring all activities adhere to and support the Jumeirah International Quality Management System.
- Ensuring all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the child's history.
- Correctly handing over information and cash to an incoming GSE when changing shifts.
- Maintaining the reception area and kids playrooms in excellent condition at all times.
- Processing appointment requests accurately and providing correct information.
- Organizing activities for kids club visitors.
- Enforcing all club rules and regulations consistently.
- Being fully aware of the club’s facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.
- Participating in scheduled training programs.
- Assisting in the kids pool and outdoor playground areas.
- Enhancing the activity program by introducing new ideas and activities periodically.
- Performing any other duties reasonably requested by management.
- Promoting and conducting kids activities in the resort as per the activity program.
- Assisting in community activities such as beach cleaning organized by schools and other institutions.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Diploma or vocational training in a kindergarten/children care-related field with relevant experience.
- 2-3 years of experience working with children in a similar environment.
- First Aid Certification.
- Positive team spirit and active contribution to a healthy team environment.
