Job Description

1. Ensure the security, safety and high standards of care within the program at all times.
2. Ensure program policies, procedures and health guidelines are being adhered to at all times.
3. Maintain a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness at all times.
4. Regularly monitor supplies, replenish from stores and let manager know before the supplies run out so that more can be ordered.
5. Help monitor the condition of the facilities and inform manager of necessary repairs or replacements.
6. Immediately notify the manager of all incidents, issues, guest complaints and suggestions.
7. Attend to any problems immediately and escalate to manager.
8. Always maintain professional and positive relationships with work colleagues, parents and children, keeping in mind differences in backgrounds, cultures and individual personalities.
9. Speak English at all times while in the workplace unless speaking to a guest who speaks the same language.
10. Consistently recognize parents and children by name, always giving a great first impression to every parent, child and other staff members.
11. Actively promote and encourage participation of guests and club members in activities and events.
12. Oversee and assist in the delivery of the program and activities.
13. Use initiative to come up with new ideas and suggestions to further improve the kids club.
14. Supervise all areas ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
15. Motivate and encourage staff to ensure their best performance.
