Role Summary

The Key Account Executive will be responsible for visiting key Clients as well as identifying new potential business opportunities. This role requires an individual who is customer-focused, highly motivated, and is a self-starter with the ability to identify new business prospects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations, Customer Experience & Sales Team to develop our private business. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver for a vast range of customer requests. The Key Account Executive will manage the renewal of contracts and retention of the portfolio assigned. This role requires great customer service to continue to support, develop and build relationships with Clients.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in portfolio handling role
• Previous experience in a similar role within the UAE is essential

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
• MBA (advantageous)

Qualifications & Knowledge

• Knowledge of Waste Management industry and commercial awareness
• UAE valid driving license with own car
• English language essential
• Hindi / Urdu / Arabic advantageous
