Education: A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, sales, and marketing (an MBA is a bonus) with 1-2 years of experience.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to represent the organization publicly, during media events, product launches, demonstrations, and trade shows.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey information effectively to customers, suppliers, and team members.

Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and in groups to achieve goals.

Good Computer Skills: Proficiency in generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media for customer engagement and product promotion.

Responsibilities include supporting customers by promoting products, providing technical support, conducting training, and assisting with exhibition preparations to ensure impactful displays.

  1. Continuously update product knowledge and propose solutions through demonstrations.
  2. Identify customer needs with effective listening, propose solutions, and explain value propositions.
