Our team in UAE is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Key Account Manager based in Sharjah, UAE, to oversee Service Sales in Sharjah & Northern Emirates. This role involves leading and developing strategic relationships between KONE and key customers, identifying value-added solutions, and maintaining and expanding existing maintenance contracts while generating new opportunities.

What will you do?
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships within your area of responsibility.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints collaboratively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer and contact information.
  • Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets, proactively seeking new opportunities outside current customer accounts.
  • Identify customer needs and align KONE solutions accordingly.
  • Price proposals using approved tendering tools.
  • Ensure contract contents align with negotiated outcomes.
  • Keep CRM data updated with opportunities, tasks, and visits.
Are you the one?
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Complex Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
  • Experience managing key accounts and major projects is essential.
  • Familiarity with industries involving developers, main contractors, and consultants.
  • Strong ability to interpret customer needs.
  • Proven sales success and customer focus.
  • Interest in new technologies and digitalization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
  • Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
