We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager, preferably a Chinese native, to become a pivotal member of our team. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in a client-facing capacity, demonstrating an exceptional ability to foster relationships and deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain trusted advisory relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
Oversee the seamless and timely delivery of solutions, ensuring they align with client expectations and strategic goals.
Manage the end-to-end process of client onboarding and offboarding, including the smooth integration and departure of employees.
Communicate effectively with leadership, providing clear and concise updates on the progress of work.
Compile and present detailed reports on client accounts, coordinating with the finance team to ensure accurate and punctual invoicing.
Conduct thorough audits to verify the payroll and reimbursement details for clients' employees.
Collaborate closely with the team to uncover new opportunities and drive growth within and outside the assigned territory.
Address and resolve client challenges or escalate issues as necessary, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A proven track record in a similar role, such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or other relevant positions.
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing role with a strong understanding of client needs and service delivery.
Minimum 2 years UAE experience is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail coupled with outstanding organizational capabilities.
Proficiency with CRM software tools.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts and navigate time-sensitive projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a capacity for active listening, collaboration, and navigating cross-cultural dynamics.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an innate curiosity and passion for continuous learning.
Ability to operate autonomously, with previous remote work experience viewed favorably.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is highly desirable, with fluency in Arabic considered a plus.
