Role Summary

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Responsible for expanding their Key Accounts portfolio and driving these partners to generate revenue.
  • Optimize Key Account performance, ensure engagement and satisfaction, and conduct regular business reviews for full visibility of performance.
  • Identify revenue opportunities.
  • Drive growth and position Key Accounts as customer acquisition channels for Q-commerce and Local Shops.
  • Build weekly/monthly reports, track and communicate performance data.
  • Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Understand marketing calendars, strategize, plan, and execute regional campaigns supported by key partners.
  • Build visibility internally and externally through data analysis and cross-functional reviews.
  • Identify industry trends.
  • Define projects, processes, solutions, and systems to meet Talabat and partner objectives.
  • Collaborate with Ops to identify and resolve commercial gaps and opportunities to increase revenue or optimize operations.
  • Drive growth of Key Accounts in Non-Food Vertical.
  • Manage relationships with Key Account Vendors.
  • Accountabilities include:
    • Right Assortment
    • Healthy Orders
    • GMV Growth
  • Ensure consistent service quality across brands and locations.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with partners to highlight growth areas and improvements.
  • Provide high service levels for seamless customer and partner experiences.
  • Coordinate internally to meet brand requirements.
  • Update and track activities related to the brand on Sales Force.
What you need to be successful
