As a Key Account Manager in Dubai, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth across assigned leisure segment accounts. You will work closely with hotel teams, global travel partners, and distribution platforms to secure high-value leisure business and shape long-term commercial strategies.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Tourism, or Hotel Management
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in the leisure segment.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, sales strategies, and distribution platforms.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and CVENT.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change.
