ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Manage and direct Key Accounts assigned to drive top line revenue. Provide strategic direction to hotels on key accounts.
- Prepare Strategic Business and Account Plans for each designated account with clearly articulated strategies to drive revenue share and loyalty from designated Account to Hotels.
- Providing guidance and leadership to hotels on Leisure Distribution Strategy.
- Lead Adhoc Leisure tacticals from account base to drive top line revenue into need periods for contracted hotels.
- Manage all key stakeholder relationships with the assigned portfolio accounts.
- Oversee all sales-related activities with Hotels and Key Accounts from Sales calls, Presentations, industry events, and tradeshows.
- Prospect and foster new business opportunities with Accounts.
- Access opportunity to switch and grow Leisure Business static FIT to Dynamic platform leveraging infinite or other connectivity solutions.
- Prepare reporting and account feedback.
ACCOUNT ANALYSIS
- Produce Account Performance Reporting.
- Monitor Account performance and forecast business demand.
BUSINESS PLANNING
- Development and Implementation of Strategic Sales & Marketing Strategies to drive loyalty and top line revenue.
- Forward-thinking development of strategies to drive profitable business results.
MARKET INTELLIGENCE
- Provide regular market intelligence and findings related to the industry.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree: Business Management, Tourism, or Hotel Management.
- 5 years experience in the hotel industry with a sound understanding of Hotel operations & sales.
- Fluency in English; additional language is a plus.
- Advanced in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge on sales CRM and Tools: Salesforce and CVENT.
- Strong knowledge of the Leisure Distribution landscape.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, know how to prioritize, and be comfortable in leading change.
