Job description

Apt Resources is looking for a talented Key Accounts Manager to join their client's team. As a Key Accounts Manager, the responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers. The candidate should be able to demonstrate our services and products through email, phone, and personal meetings. Ultimately, a candidate should be able to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to the company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  2. Plan, develop, and control sales and service programs.
  3. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  4. Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
  5. Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
  6. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  7. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  8. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
  9. Map customer pain points and requirements with our strategic vendor and organize technical sessions.
  10. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  11. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  12. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  13. Must be able to travel to HQ in Dubai once a month to collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  14. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  15. Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback.
Requirements:
  1. Proven 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security Sales in Saudi Arabia or UAE.
  2. Must have 8-10 solid relationships with potential customers in cybersecurity.
  3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  4. Hands-on experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and Zoho is a plus.
  5. Thorough understanding of sales, relationship management, and negotiating techniques.
  6. Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  8. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  9. Must have either a valid UAE or KSA driving license.
  10. Should have a school/mater’s qualification.
  11. Proficient in Arabic & English.

The salary is AED 15k - 25k depending on experience and qualifications.
