Job Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will represent the full portfolio of IT and cybersecurity offerings to enterprise clients in sectors like government, hospitality, real estate, education, and financial services. This role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination to deliver tailored solutions and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage high-value B2B accounts, ensuring strong, professional relationships with key decision-makers
* Achieve strategic sales targets, revenue growth, and account performance KPIs
* Lead joint business planning with clients to define annual and long-term performance goals
* Understand and assess evolving client needs, offering customized IT and cloud solutions
* Collaborate internally with product, service, and support teams to deliver seamless execution
* Identify and close new business opportunities within existing and new enterprise clients
* Deliver tailored product presentations and proposals to senior stakeholders
* Build multi-level account penetration and strategic alignment with client goals
* Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and performance reporting to senior management
* Travel across the UAE for client meetings, project oversight, and relationship building

Job Requirements

* Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in IT solutions, cloud services, or cybersecurity within the UAE
* Strong network of contacts across government, hospitality, education, real estate, and finance sectors
* Proven track record in strategic account management and exceeding sales quotas
* Graduate degree or equivalent required
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
* Strong presentation skills and ability to influence at C-level
* Ability to handle complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
* Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
* Willingness to travel extensively across the region
