Qualifications

  • Residency in UAE with transferable residency and a valid driving license.

Job description

The right candidate will need to develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, presenting information to physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure sales and patient identification targets are met. Additionally, this position will drive patient identification and reimbursement, supporting patients on treatment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth in hematology and nephrology.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
  3. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the territory.
  4. Provide product education and support to healthcare providers, ensuring optimal use of our solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and support customer needs.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • University Degree in pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Residency in UAE with transferable residency and a valid driving license.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a commercial/access position in a multinational biopharmaceutical company.
  • Experience with hematologists and/or nephrologists is mandatory.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience negotiating prices and conditions with hospital pharmacists and key budget holders.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.
