Join our team as a Key Account Manager and take the lead in managing and growing strategic customer relationships across our global logistics network.
Your Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of global accounts, ensuring their logistics needs are met through strategic planning and seamless execution. You will collaborate with internal teams across business units to align services with customer expectations, drive growth, and deliver operational excellence. This role is part of our Sales – Global Vertical Accounts team and reports to the Global Vertical Lead.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the main commercial contact for assigned global accounts across all KN services.
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and business objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms align with internal business unit strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), taking corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct structured business reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal systems and customer-specific requirements.
Your Skills and Experiences
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development within logistics or supply chain.
- Proven track record in consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
- Strong understanding of global supply chain operations (Air, Sea, Road, Contract Logistics, Integrated Logistics).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such asTurkish or Arabicare a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
