Job description

Our client, a fast-growing business in the UAE’s food & beverage sector, is hiring a Key Account Manager to lead growth within the snacks category, with a strong focus on modern trade channels. This role is ideal for someone with solid FMCG experience, strong retailer relationships, and a passion for driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand key accounts within modern trade (e.g. Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop)
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with retail buyers and distributors
  • Drive sales growth, category visibility, and in-store execution across the UAE
  • Lead negotiations, promotional planning, and forecasting activities
  • Track market trends and competitor performance to identify new opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales or key account management- specifically Lulu & Nesto
  • Must have managed a team at some point in your career
  • Proven experience managing modern trade accounts in the UAE
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
