Role Overview:

As a Key Account Manager at MANE, you will be at the forefront of our continued journey in Jordan. Reporting to the Consumer Goods Commercial Director, you will build and nurture client relationships, drive sales, and ensure our products captivate the Jordanian market.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary contact for key clients in Jordan, aligning MANE's offerings with their business goals.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to tailor our offerings.
  • Ability to forecast and budget sales with high accuracy
  • Collect payments on time and per Company policies
  • Ensure business excellence and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, business administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and account management in the fragrance industry
  • Olfactive experience, knowledge, training and passion for the fragrance industry
  • Experience in the Middle East, Levant and particularly in the Jordanian market and understanding of the market
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Very good English communication skills; Arabic is a must.
  • Ability to travel within the Middle East, frequently to Jordan and Lebanon and occasionally to France
