A global premium kitchenware brand is expanding its Dubai team with a Key Account Manager. This role involves driving sales, closing deals with European markets, and developing strong distributor relationships. AED 28,000 - 35,000 Per Month, Plus Commission
Charterhouse are partnered with a global premium kitchenware brand who are growing their team and require a strong Key Account Manager to join the Dubai office. This role will take accountability for driving sales across global markets, working closely with the distributor network to strengthen and expand the brands presence and overall performance.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for closing deals across European markets, targeting key distributors and retailers to identify decision makers and convert prospects in to long standing relationships. There will be a strong focus on developing effective sales strategies which contribute towards growth and increased market share. Utilising excellent communication and negotiation skills, the Key Account Manager will collaborate and effectively manage partner relationships to drive profitability, brand presence and competitor edge. Additionally, the role will be responsible for negotiating commercial contracts, establishing new distributor relationships, and forecasting sales performance. This role reports to the global director and will be trusted with a high level of autonomy to manage planning and the P&L for assigned accounts/territories.
To be considered for this role the successful candidate should hold a bachelors in Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 3 years sales experience in a similar role working with distributors for a multinational brand preferably within B2B international trade or non-food consumer goods. A proven background of closing large deals is essential, with a demonstrated proactive nature. This role will involve travel across the region as and when required by the business, therefore candidates must be flexible and willing to travel when necessary.
