We are hiring for an Enterprise Account Manager / Key Account Manager (B2B) for a leading corporate training organisation based in Abu Dhabi

Key responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Outreach: Proactively identify and target HR companies across the Middle East region that can benefit from Scaler’s corporate upskilling solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within HR organizations.
  • Value Proposition Communication: Effectively communicate the benefits and unique selling points of Scaler’s training programs to HR professionals.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of HR companies.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.

Preferred Qualifications:-

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience: 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the HR services or corporate training sector in the Middle East.

Language: Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Excellent command of English is also required.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of successfully generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals.
