Lead, develop and manage key accounts in the country/cluster to optimize sales and revenue opportunities across Galderma portfolio, build long-term partnerships with customers and create cross-functional harmony across divisions on account level.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve strategic business relationships with Accounts/Key Accounts to contribute to company vision and enhance sales & profitability across portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed assigned business goals, sales targets and KPIs.
- Build & drive the implementation of joint business plans with Key accounts.
- Build internal collaboration across Account team, Business managers and Enabling functions (training, marketing, finance, supply chain etc.) to drive implementation of strategic account plans.
- Maintain continuous engagement with accounts/key accounts enabling the execution of planned strategies to develop mutual profitable business & gather information for future business initiatives.
- Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity and build revised action plans for improved performance across accounts of responsibility.
- Analyze performance and efficiency of assigned accounts by continuously reviewing and reporting on sales performance, market trends and forecasts.
- Work in Tier 1 & 2 accounts to build long-term partnerships with the customers.
- Build patient journey and identify leakage points to serve as a partner to the account.
- Build stakeholder mapping and engage with decision makers & influencers within the account.
- Build a clear strategy & action plan together with external & internal stakeholders.
- Drive the plan and pull internal resources accordingly to drive account growth.
- Manage cross-functional team to act as 1 Galderma team towards the customer.
- Comply with all regulations & internal Galderma policies regarding interactions with healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to related laws, regulations, Galderma Code of Ethics, and any other applicable Codes and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance to Galderma policies and procedures. Collect any pharmacovigilance reports and report them to HQ.
- Ensure excellent medical knowledge related to his/her disease area and product.
- Consistently have an integrated dermatology strategy mindset and utilize in day to day roles & responsibilities in current role.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy, health sciences or equivalent.
- Strong Sales experience from a multinational pharmaceutical (FMCG for Cx, Medical devices or Aesthetics for Ax).
- English written and spoken fluency are a must.
- Arabic an added advantage.
- 5 years of working experience in Aesthetics field in the pharmaceutical or consumer industry is required for this position.
- Solid sales experience with a track record of developing, engaging customers and delivering on company targets.
- Must be analytical, detailed, passionate, organized and systematic.
- Experience in territory and distributor management is an added advantage.
- Should have min 100% annual sales target achievement in 2023 & 2024.
