Job Description

A Key Account Manager plays a critical role in managing and maintaining long-term relationships with a company's most important clients. They act as a strategic partner to the organization’s key accounts, focusing on fostering trust, driving customer success, and delivering superior service. The Key Account Manager is responsible for understanding the client’s business needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions to meet those needs, and ensuring the delivery of products or services in a timely manner. They work closely with various departments within the organization to ensure that promises are kept and that client expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client service, and a strong ability to solve problems and think strategically to add value to both the client's business and the company.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop strong long-term relationships with key accounts.
  2. Serve as the lead point of contact for all key client issues.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit for the company.
  5. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  6. Communicate client needs and demands to internal teams effectively.

Requirements
