Job summary

A leading trading company in Dubai is looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales and manage account services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of FMCG sales experience, excellent communication skills, and strong negotiation abilities. You'll be responsible for product introduction, account management, and team leadership, contributing to the profitability of the business unit.

Job description

Introduce and sell licensed products to current and potential clients.

Develop and maintain sales materials & brand portfolio.

Manage account services through quality checks.

Approve all incoming purchase orders before processing.

Approve sales returns in accordance with company policy.

Develop and implement special activities (promotions, clearances, marketing support)

Follow up on payment collection.

Manage and motivate merchandising team.

Responsible for business unit profitability.

Responsible of stock level.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Approve staff expense reports, staff vacation for unit sales & merchandising team.

Provide on-the-job training to new employees within the business unit.

Evaluation and review of staff under direct supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales in FMCG, with strong negotiation skill.

Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of MS Office, Excel a must.

Must be assertive, highly quality conscious and should be self motivated.

UAE Driving license.

EDUCATION

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal for an office environment. Work requires regular market survey / meeting in UAE

Working hour 8am to 5pm, 6 days a week

Office located in Dubai Production City (IMPZ)
