LVMH Beauty Middle East manages 11 different brands including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Make Up for Ever, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe, Acqua Di Parma, Benefit Cosmetics, Fenty, Fresh & MFK. LVMH Beauty Middle East oversees an area of 47 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India with subsidiaries and agents’ structures.

YOUR MISSION ____________

As the Key Account Manager at Maison Francis Kurkdjian, your role will be pivotal in fostering the growth of our business within designated accounts or categories. You'll employ a collaborative approach, working towards mutually advantageous outcomes while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will extend to developing the retail sales segment through strategic negotiation and the implementation of ambitious activity plans. With operational versatility, you'll tackle both commercially strategic tasks and initiatives that directly benefit our business.

Your main responsibilities in this role include:

Key Account Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the beauty and luxury retail sector.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives and align Maison Francis Kurkdjian's strategies accordingly.

• Drive sales growth and market share through effective account management.

Sales Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand initiatives.

Forecasting and Reporting

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to support decision-making processes.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Negotiation and Contract Management

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional activities to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with key accounts.

• Manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Market analysis

• Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

• Utilize market insights to drive strategic decision-making and develop innovative approaches to capture market share.

YOUR PROFILE ____________

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the luxury fragrance and fashion industry.

• Strong knowledge of the market, including consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective commercial strategies.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in prestige beauty ideally luxury fragrances OR a relevant sector

• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving growth and maximizing profitability.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Must be fluent in English, Arabic and French is a plus.
