Responsible for the sales aspect of the GSA airlines in accordance with the Company’s mission statement and maintaining a healthy relationship with travel agents to maximize productivity and win their confidence to gather market intelligence.
Knowledge & Skills:
Business & Financial Acumen: Strategically recognizes the overall big picture; understands the business, internal & external market orientation & proficient in what drives profitability, key performance measures, and how decisions will impact value creation.
Business Development: Oversees the development and growth of profitable new business and develops and maintains effective key client relationships.
Role Specification:
Sound knowledge of airline sales, marketing, and customer service.
Graduate and/or Diploma preferably in Travel & Tourism / Management.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven background managing experience ‘on-the-job’ within the travel Industry/consultancy. Comprehensive knowledge of GSA Operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal & written, enabling professional dealings with external and internal parties. Strong computing and presentation skills. Sound knowledge of relevant business and financial strategies.
