  • UAE experience is a must.

Role Purpose:

Key Accounts Manager is responsible for assisting the Sales and BD Department in the areas of payment collection, opening new customer, aging controlling review, forecasting WS, sales ordering, solving and keep launching new items & taking new brand distributions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team of Sales rep , Meet new customers & Grow the client base.
  • Present Monthly & Quarterly business performance of key customers & take lead on new business initiatives.
  • Prepare region wise, customer wise sales plan to grow the business.
  • Lead marketing, branding & sampling initiatives in selective accounts.
  • Daily market visits as per pre agreed visit plan & build relations at store level.
  • Ability to identify untapped market opportunities & quick reporting of new market developments.
  • Strong commercial acumen & should be multi-tasking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6-10 years of sales experience for FMCG/Pharmaceuticals in UAE
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Driving license
  • UAE Experience is a must
