Job Overview

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving B2B parts sales, primarily focusing on Nissan and Renault, by effectively addressing customer needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Targets
  • Meet individual sales targets where applicable.
  • Maintain appropriate gross profit margins per customer.
  • Achieve financial targets across all branches.
  • Resolve supply or payment issues related to customers within respective branches or segments.
Strategic Planning
  • Forecast regional performance and monitor market trends.
  • Track and report on competitor activities.
Business Development
  • Enhance overall sales and market share.
  • Contribute to market intelligence and competitor activity reports.
  • Suggest tactical and product-based campaigns.
  • Support growth of new product lines.
  • Conduct competitor pricing and activity surveys for key customers.
  • Expand customer base by adding new active customers as per targets.
Customer Engagement
  • Identify customer needs and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Work with internal departments to improve customer service and brand awareness.
  • Implement Dealer Online Setup at customer locations.
  • Visit customers and branches regularly as scheduled.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, IT, and logistics to meet customer requirements.
Learning & Growth
  • Participate in eLearning and safety training programs.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and conducting sessions for Fleet and Dealer segments.
Policies & Compliance
  • Adhere strictly to the Group’s Code of Conduct and compliance standards.
  • Follow internal policies, audit procedures, and SOPs.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Graduate or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of B2B parts sales experience with client management skills.
  • Discretion and credibility in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
