Job Summary

Responsible for managing and expanding strategic client relationships in the GCC, excluding Saudi Arabia. Tasks include identifying revenue opportunities, contract negotiations, and enhancing customer satisfaction to meet sales objectives.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks

(Duties include but are not limited to)

  1. Achieve monthly sales targets, addressing any deviations with corrective actions.
  2. Conduct and manage customer visits to maintain and strengthen relationships, ensuring updated customer profiles.
  3. Identify customer needs, providing guidance to Key Accounts Specialists for suitable solutions.
  4. Address customer complaints, guiding Key Accounts Specialists towards ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  5. Lead Key Accounts Specialists in fostering comprehensive relationships across all operational levels for stronger Business Unit-customer bonds.
  6. Review and consolidate Key Accounts Specialists' sales forecasts, submitting them for Regional Senior Sales Managers' approval.
  7. Pursue cross-selling opportunities within accounts, coordinating with relevant Business Units.
  8. Apply and monitor compliance with BU pricing strategies, adjusting based on market feedback.
  9. Adapt sales strategies to market changes to preserve profit margins.
  10. Ensure timely customer payments for all accounts, keeping within approved credit limits.
  11. Lead market exploration and new prospect identification, converting Marketing Qualified Prospects (MQPs) with the team.
  12. Collect competitor intelligence for own and team's accounts, sharing insights with the marketing department.
  13. Stay informed on industry trends and technologies relevant to accounts.
