  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and resolve any issues with professionalism.
  • Prepare regular account updates and progress reports for management.
