For our own projects, we are looking for: Key Account Manager.
MISSION:
We are looking for a highly driven and commercially astute Key Account Manager with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry to manage and grow strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a proven ability to identify business opportunities, and experience working with major operators, EPCs, or service companies across upstream, midstream, or downstream segments.
TASKS:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients in the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
- Develop and execute account strategies tailored to each client’s business needs and operational goals.
- Drive business growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor industry trends, project developments, and competitor activities to proactively position solutions and offerings.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (recruitment, operations, finance) to deliver customized solutions and proposals.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, RFQs, and commercial offers in alignment with company capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in coordination with the management teams.
- Maintain accurate records of account activities, forecasts, and pipeline development using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen client relationships and generate leads.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field;
- Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- 8+ years of experience in a Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development role within the Oil & Gas sector.
- In-depth understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain and procurement processes.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent level of English, written and spoken.
- Fluent level of Italian, written and spoken.
