We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager with a robust background in sales of production printing machines, such as RISO, Kyocera, and similar technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and expanding customer accounts, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base and ensure strong presence in the industry.
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to maintain long-term partnerships.
Conduct market analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Report to management on sales results and potential opportunities for growth.
Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
