Support the development and implementation of the commercial plans for the customers in scope in line with the business strategies and KPIs, ensuring a sustainable and profitable growth.
Execute the MEASA Joint Business Plans (JBP) in all regional Customers/Accounts assigned.
Will have International Experience working with Global Customers and a Global Nestle Business based in Switzerland.
A day in the life of…
- Deliver agreed Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) and Customer Business Plans for designated customers
- Contribute to the achievement of the overall business objectives in the region
- Customer management and planning of designated customers
- Collation of Key Account data for monthly internal reporting. As part of the demand planning process, support the submission/update of monthly forecast and preparation and presentation of monthly Business Review
- Support the preparation & ensure the implementation of key account trade and marketing activities (promotional plan, brand activations and visibility plans). Conduct pre & post evaluations in coordination with Key Account Manager, Finances and Trade Marketing
- Generation and tracking of planograms execution for MEASA accounts
- Ensure proper service delivery of agencies and/or customers providing Brand Ambassadors service to NITR in the stores of the nominated accounts. Support the recruitment, management and training of Brand Ambassadors
- Analyze market and customer data and recommend actions impacting forecast, promotions, distribution, etc. Consolidation of data in accordance with defined KPIs on a regular basis. Provide findings & recommendations to KAM
- Tracking of in store execution including sell out performance, distribution, out of stocks and trade activities implementation
- Regular visits to the stores. Preparation of store visits, reporting, define actions and follow up
- Set and management of PR/PO’s and associated WBS for 3rd party vendor purchasing for ME
What will make you successful
- 5+ years of sales experience with focus on customer management.
- Proven track record of delivering results and results orientated.
- Knowledge of commercial account planning (forecasting) and execution.
- Solid finance skills and trade spend management.
- Operational experience of supervising in store BA teams through well-developed inter-personal skills.
- Availability to travel within the region +/- 40% of the time.
