Support the development and implementation of the commercial plans for the customers in scope in line with the business strategies and KPIs, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.

Execute the MEASA Joint Business Plans (JBP) for all regional Customers / Accounts assigned.

Will have international experience working with global customers and a global Nestlé business based in Switzerland.

A day in the life of…

  1. Deliver the agreed Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) and Customer Business Plans for designated customers.
  2. Contribute to achieving the overall business objectives in the region.
  3. Manage and plan for designated customers.
  4. Collect key account data for monthly internal reporting. Support the submission and update of monthly forecasts and prepare and present monthly Business Reviews.
  5. Support the preparation and ensure the implementation of key account trade and marketing activities (promotional plans, brand activations, and visibility plans). Conduct pre- and post-evaluations in coordination with Key Account Managers, Finance, and Trade Marketing.
  6. Generate and track planogram execution for MEASA accounts.
  7. Ensure proper service delivery by agencies and/or customers providing Brand Ambassadors to NITR in stores of nominated accounts. Support recruitment, management, and training of Brand Ambassadors.
  8. Analyze market and customer data; recommend actions impacting forecasts, promotions, distribution, etc. Consolidate data based on defined KPIs regularly. Provide findings and recommendations to KAM.
  9. Track in-store execution, including sell-out performance, distribution, out-of-stocks, and trade activity implementation.
  10. Conduct regular store visits, prepare reports, define actions, and follow up.
  11. Set and manage PR/POs and associated WBS for third-party vendor purchasing for ME.

What will make you successful

  1. 5+ years of sales experience focusing on customer management.
  2. Proven track record of delivering results and being results-oriented.
  3. Knowledge of commercial account planning (forecasting) and execution.
  4. Strong finance skills and experience in trade spend management.
  5. Operational experience supervising in-store Brand Ambassador teams, with well-developed interpersonal skills.
  6. Availability to travel within the region approximately 40% of the time.
