We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive UAE (Hotels) who will achieve the company's sales objectives in the UAE market by developing and executing sales strategies and fostering relationships with key customers (5-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, catering companies, etc.).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with executive chefs, F&B managers, and procurement teams in luxury hotels and fine dining establishments.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs for our products.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., seasonal menus, bulk contracts).
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitability and client retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, sales) to deliver seamless service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategies.

Required Qualifications :

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or Hospitality Management (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in FMCG and/or 5+ years in B2B food sales, preferably with precooked or ready-to-eat meat products.
  • Deep understanding of UAE’s hotel and restaurant supply chain and procurement processes.
  • Persuasive negotiator, problem-solver, and culturally savvy (UAE hospitality norms).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
